If you are ready to reclaim your life, let’s talk.

Helping people find freedom from the issues that hold them back in life is my mission.

If you are here to find a deeper understanding and appreciation for yourself, while being empowered to live the life you truly want, I can help.

As a therapist and coach I help my clients overcome stress, overcome anxietyachieve meaningful goals, change money mindset, increase self-confidence, perform their best in interviews or meetings, and address many other life challenges and transitions. I help my clients find the courage and strength to tackle their problems head on, and make long-term sustainable changes, both personally and professionally.

After years of studies and discoveries, I have amassed an extraordinary set of knowledge, tools and techniques to help you reconnect with your internal compass. As a result, I became a Rapid Transformational Therapist, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and PSYCH-K® Facilitator with a vast background in transformation modalities spanning across the fields of psychology, neuroscience, yogic philosophy, personality models, organization/leadership development, and energy medicine.

One of the things I’m often asked is:

“What inspired you to go from corporate executive to therapist and coach?”

I've been on a personal quest for deeper knowledge and healing practices that opened doors for healing in my own life.

Prior to starting my therapy and coaching practice, I spent over two decades leading and transforming multi-billion dollar operations for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 empires, including Nextel, Sprint, Ericsson Global, Comcast and Cablevision.

Initially, my fast-paced career as a Corporate Executive was exciting and rewarding, and I enjoyed it. It fit my personality and my calling to lead and model responsibility for others. I was helping people from inside organizations, utilizing my background and experience from an abundance of personal obstacles.

I had emigrated to the U.S. with my family from the former Soviet Union without speaking English and with nothing but a few possessions in our bags. I had lost all of my siblings, my mother to cancer and had gone through a very painful divorce. These events prompted me, at the age of 32, to seek further help and work with alternative therapies and teachers from all over the world.

As more time and loved ones passed, I became more reflective.

Outwardly, I was very “successful,” but, inwardly, I struggled deeply. My work began to feel false and lack authenticity, and I had no work-life balance. I was losing touch with my true self. I was physically exhausted and emotionally drained most of the time, and the work no longer aligned with my spirit.

Finally, after several company reorganizations and departmental cuts, I was given a path to exit. I made the decision to reclaim my life. I chose to follow my calling to help people.

Mentors

My deepest gratitude for my teachers and mentors who came into my life at different times and for different reasons.

I am here because of Susan Robertson, Rahkwees Keh, Nancy SantoPietro, Mantak Chia, Yogi Bhajan, Richard Moss, Marisa Peer, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, Dr. Edward Bach, Mary Morrissey, John Assaraf, Lisa Nichols, Bruce H.
